always running to catch up
just found a stack
of unposted haiku

to edit or not?
some wording I liked then seems
somewhat awkward now

yet they’re maps of my brain —
bits of unseen energy
caught by my pen

so I’ll pause and reflect,
call them little found gems
and polish — or not!
